We are happy to tell you about our progress and achievements in the past few weeks.

What’s new in our Robot…

We have completed the construction of the robot chassis and have advanced in the creation of a collection and climbing system.

The team completed the construction of the training field, and also built a new batteries trolley and improved the robot cart.

The electronics team is divided into two parts: the first part deals with the systems and wires on the robot to connect the engines and the driving system. The second team handled the assembly of the electronic motherboard. This week the electronics group received new parts for the motherboard and sensors for the robot.

The CAD team is currently working on the schemas of the various systems of the robot. The drawing team sent the drawings to the Artemis 3083 team to create the robot parts with their help.

The Software team : Over the past two weeks, the software team has written code for the robot's climbing system, learned how to make subsystems in “Java’’. The team worked on the autonomous code and also wrote code for manual control of the robot. The process in the software team continues and brings good results.

In the last week we conducted tests for all who wanted to be part of the of drivers group.Finally we selected 2 new drivers who demonstrated the highest level of driving skills.

Media, PR & Community activities…

Community team continues to manage our a newsletter. A week ago we chose the final look of the team’s shirts. We discussed the look of the giveaway bracelets, badges and the shape of our pit.

We came up with several ideas for public events how we can spread the word of FIRST, in the primary school ״בית אקשטיין״ . We also registered as volunteers in first events.

Events guests and Sponsors…

On Jan 30th 3 we conducted a tour of a group for ’’Hadassah women's’’.

On Feb 6th we presented our team and FIRST program to some of our sponsors who visited our school to make a financial donation to our school.

On Jan 30th 30.1 we were hosted by team "Artemis" 3083. We thank "Artemis" Team 3083 for helping us and building some parts for our robot.
